Koolmoves Scroll

This part of the site is set aside for items that are/have been brought up on the forum. If members have any issues in how to get things work I’ll try and demo here.

If anybody has any idea’s in how to get things working, more the merrier and maybe use the forum on this site to air them. Don’t forget to sign up or login.

Koolmoves This thread scrolling text

This is scrolling text produced with Koolmoves 6.2

1) Make the movie frame the size of the text box you require on your page.

2) Select the static text button, big letter T in the tools toolbar. Click on the movie frame and a text and font window will appear.

3) Write the text you want to appear and arrange the text to fit the movie frame width. As your wanting scrolling text the length will be longer.

4) Position the text so only the first line or two are showing coming up from the bottom.

5) On the bottom of the screen next to the + - is a figure with a clock next to it. Click the clock and change the settings to sec and put in 25sec to begin with. Adj to suit later.

6) Click the + button to add a copy of frame and move the text up so it just goes off the movie frame.

Now test by clicking the large arrow next to the + to play in web browser.

When your happy export as a SWF and put on your site via insert flash file and loop it.
